Reporting around 5-10% loss of "on shift" personnel on US side, about a 2 hour at most delay in finding replacements for active ships, some sail with lacking crew to give cover but most remain until full crews. Lossess to sub fleet neglible because small craft usually fully manned or not manned at all and no skeleton manning so no need to wait for crew other than to give order to action.
Minor disturbance in civilian reaction to drill but easy to calm down. Estimating "sufficient" lossess for first wave. Also targetting finances when possible to prevent quick access to money for personnell. They are currently most vulnurable. Anyone declaring "ok, I died" and exitting drill gets their resources immediately back but those "in the drill" will be targetted even if on leave.
Current status of subfleet at around 95%. Pondering next move between intercepting civilian convoys or targetting easy to hit military targets.
