Overall world situation seems to have stabilized a bit, we should call it done on all the temporary procedures we've been undertaking, there are still a few we could undertake but for now it seems to be good. We should step back from Defcon 4 to Defcon 5, it seems updating the gameplay has the same effect as required for the increase of Defcon status. The main effect of going to Defcon 4 from Defcon 5 is that military units start using covert instead of overt signals as well as signal disruption technology, real ammo and a nominal state of warfare exists from 3 to 1 and at 1 radiological weapons are released. We benefitted in the way desired from going to 4 from 5 and it seems there isnt much else to share with regard to news right now. threatmap.checkpoint.com/ThreatPortal/livemap.html

Do not keep maintanance of the life of people as the primary goal, however, do keep the lenghtening of life expetency high up in there, there are however higher goals than maintaining your life at any cost.

This reserve capacity can also serve to compensate for the varying power generation produced by wind stations. Studies have indicated that 20% of the total annual electrical energy consumption may be incorporated with minimal difficulty.[109] These studies have been for locations with geographically dispersed wind farms, some degree of dispatchable energy or hydropower with storage capacity, demand management, and interconnected to a large grid area enabling the export of electric power when needed. Beyond the 20% level, there are few technical limits, but the economic implications become more significant.
