I got the following message coupled with a "STRONG" intent, you could almost say god level but distinctly "a barrier in between the ordergiver and god" but the center of the order while outside the "singularity" of god is way WAY deeper into god than the traditional boundary. So "high".
"Dear supplicant, you have become lax in your duties to not shrink away from evil, dissodance and discord, as a punishment and extra duty for this, you will summon each archangel to a place of your choosing, with record present, and you will watch each of their dissodant notes and make a note of them in writing."
Now, as a angel of cupid, i rarely get direct orders beyond "Maketh thou love grow" but sometimes i do. If memory serves, which it might not, this is the first order either ever or ina long time in the form of an ORDER from the unified seraphim council, no dissident votes.
Tho some misgivings. Primary driver seems to be michael, dominic, david, novalis and a few others. So there is a rather wide drive.
The orders are simple.
1. Summon archangel. 2. Observe the dissodant and discordant notes present in the archangel. 3. Make notes of said points. 4. Write report here. 5. Go to next archangel. Once complete seraphim council will now and will either be content, or not. Gifts not specified.
Edit: I shall use as my resource the storybook In Nomine Angels Guide, Threatmap by Checkpoint and Youtube and perhaps my Winamp randomizer which i call the AI of the computer i am on.
Have 2 points of dissodance as a human when starting this.
First. Blandine:

Blandine: Blandine rarely manifests on the corporeal plane. If summoned, she prefers to appear in celestial form, unless there is a need to reduce the disturbance. Her usual vessel is described in In Nomine, p. 110, but she uses it only for answering invocations. Blandine does not hold formal audiences; if an angel really wants to speak to her, he can travel to the Marches and climb her Tower to summon her (In Nomine, p. 138). She usually talks to her Servitors in their sleep, appearing before them when they walk the Marches, or sometimes while they are in the dreamscape of a sleeping mortal. For less urgent communications, she sends her Menunim. Blandine is polite but reserved when speaking to lesser angels. She treats them with respect, but expects them to humbly accept orders, just as she accepts her own duties. She doesn’t like arguments, and usually has too much on her mind to chat. She always seems a bit distracted
And the song I always get for her is one of Lindsey Stirlings playings so i will pick one.
This one seems WILDLY appropriate.
Her disodant notes seem:
1. Desire to consume mortals. (Breed with, amongst other things) 2. Food in general. (well known) 3. Desire to care beyond what is appropriate. (Cares so much for at risk mortals and angels that accumulates dissodance) 4. Continuous small rebellion against heaven. (risk of actual discord point, small but steadily growing rebelion to turn heaven and hell into endless marsh with her as "queen", tho contained by her for now, some risk of growth) 5. Plotting to corrupt mortals to turn away from heaven to stay in her marshland. (Trying to hide people from inquisition and angels in the far marshes) 6. Trying to hide things from the inquisition, unsuccesfully. (Hates with a passion being probed by inquisition. Shares this openly with others) 7. Has 4 points of dissodance and 1 discord at the moment. 8. Edges on a fight between lucifer and heaven and then hides in the marsh hoping both sides get eliminated.
In closing, "one of the better archangels." Edit: Blandine is archangel of dreams.

She reads the report and says "i need a bath" and throws it with some degree of anger on the table and crosses her arms, makes a puffing sound and looks at the others and says "thanks guys" and then at me with a burning passion, on the safe side of hate with a thought of "show me ALL you got."

Next: David

David: He meets his Heavenly Servitors in the Catacombs beneath the Groves, on the rare occasions when he must return there. Any request for an audience takes twice the usual wait . . . although his Servitors will relay the request to him, and if the requester returns to Earth to wait, David might drop in on him there. When appearing in a human vessel, David is always male; mankind has always identified masculinity with strength and power. He prefers to be invoked where he can manifest in mineral form. David spends most of his time on Earth, supervising the testing of humanity. More than any other Archangel, he expects his followers to be selfsufficient. Servitors should think very hard before asking David for aid. As blunt and uncompromising as he is, he values his Servitors’ opinions. With the Archangel of Stone, angels should feel free to speak their minds . . . until he makes a decision. The conversation is over then.
song recommended for this:
1. Barely restrained anger. Rocks are viewed as nonsentient stones with no part in creation. David is often seen as the "decorative vase" by the higher angels. This angers him. He serves with distinction but is often angry at his treatment, this does not show when in service but the moment it ends he will poke you, prod you, casually kick you while walking past, he will make sure you feel the pain of the stone. Could not care less of ecosystem destruction, thinks its about time humanity start building "stone men" so he can have an actual creation. (Barely restrained anger) 2. Treats sexuality like a joke, has no idea how to interact with living organisms. After being an archangel for "god knows how long" has not mastered interactions with humanity. Glib, superficial, charming, wealthy, well to do. With no human talents, NOT a psychopath, the very opposite, tall, slender, no idea how to associate with others. Slowly learning. (Very slow and very superficial) 3. Likes his position in heaven in the grand scheme of things, thinks its one of the best shots he has as a stone to be accepted as souled. Thinks back in horror to the days when stones were not even thought of as "thinking non sentient machines" like we now do with silicon. The best he had in those times was when a human made a golem, and that was rare. Now warmly remembers the golem builders. (True deep bias for one of the tribes of humanity) 4. Too eager to return humans to stone (remake world or specific individuals memories or whole person) There is one more but i having trouble seeing it. 5. Likes to give trees and plants diseases which turn them into rocks, likes to pinch roots and make life generally more difficult for anything using his rocks without proper respect. (turning trees into rocks generally angers novalis but is liked by other angels, i consider it a dissodant point as it removes life from the system.)

I had 2 points of dissonance and 0 of discord when starting, i now have 3. Blandine responded by adding one. Which comes as little surprise, she REALLY hates these types of exams.
David reads the report slowly and pausing for thought in between. Puts it on the table calmly then breaths in, wipes the corner of his eye and says "true" in a meek voice. Then continues "i'll see what i think about your dissonance after others have read as well."
Some of the archangels were "fidgety" and not wanting to sit there, a LOUD voice just at the lower levels of what i can hear said "You will sit there, and you will like it."

Next dominic.
Before I can even write he says "dont worry young child, i welcome another judge."
Dominic: Heaven’s chief Inquisitor is notorious for keeping a close eye on everyone, including his own Servitors. Although his angels are organized into a complicated hierarchy, with everyone reporting to at least one higher-ranking supervisor, Dominic visits each and every one of his earthly Servitors in person, about once a week. Most of these visits are extremely brief; Dominic appears, examines his Servitor for dissonance, listens to anything the angel may have to say and then moves on. If necessary, he’ll stay longer, to demand a detailed explanation if he finds fault with his Servitor’s report. He tolerates no dissent, no excuses and nothing that even remotely resembles insolence – but Dominic is nothing if not just. He will give legitimate complaints a fair hearing, and he does allow for mitigating circumstances when a Servitor errs. This won’t absolve an angel for making a mistake, but it might reduce his punishment. The Archangel of Judgment may appear in human form as a man or a woman; whether the Archangel manifests as Dominic or Dominique depends on which appears more authoritative to the person she/he is visiting. In either vessel, the Archangel is usually dressed in judge’s robes, or occasionally severe, conservative formal clothing. Dominic doesn’t create a disturbance in the Symphony with his Earthly rounds; just how he does this is none of his angels’ business.
(He tenses up and takes a deep breath and motions for me to continue)
Song:
1. Ends relationships when he thinks the two sides are suffering too much, even against wishes of both sides. Behind "missionary only" type thinking dominant during the dark ages. Takes great strides to make sure we are just not just to the 2 in the situation but the ones yet to come. Takes great effort, tho with a sad face, to sterilize junkies and similars. Considers it public service. (need i explain). 2. Causes great pains to angels and archangels with light, thinks its just public service, great risk of becoming new lucifer. (ask blandine for details) 3. Jously torments (teaches) new souls to heaven when asked. Does not take into consideration that recovery time can be eons, "hey they live forever now, no need to worry about time." 4. Has true trouble keeping away from prima nocta, one of the key architechts of the failed "human angel hybrid program." 5. Cold, calculating and beelike when doing duty, overlooks much easier much more humane options. Warm in person but always retains a beelike distance. Never lets hair down so risk of "becoming work" meaning will do work to the point when heaven tells "stop" and then cant. 6. Likes dressing up like a homeless guy to give candy to children, not sure what to say about this one. 7. Reluctant to end "justified pain", acts slow on decades of "justified pain" used to torture others. True risk of fall. 8. Tries to make justice system complicated to retain power over it instead of simple with no control.

He reads the report, adjusts eyeglassess a few times then says "interesting, proceed" and motions to the next archangel in line.
Removes one point of dissonance.

Next up. Eli.
song chosen.
Eli: Eli’s cathedral is empty; the Archangel of Creation has not been to Heaven in many years, and he holds no audiences there. Eli can be summoned, but otherwise, one doesn’t find him; he finds you. Eli travels the world in corporeal form, usually a human male vessel, but he’s been known to appear as a woman, a bird and even as a Grecian urn. He changes his form at will, and is rarely recognizable as an Archangel unless he chooses to be. An angel can get away with a lot when speaking to Eli. He’s not bothered by contrariness, or even insolence. Disobedience might annoy him (and when Eli is annoyed, he is capable of devising very creative ways to teach a disobedient angel a lesson), but he might forget about it. Eli doesn’t feel an obligation to explain himself to anyone, however, nor will he stand still while someone is verbally abusing him. If a Servitor wants to vent his spleen, Eli will let him, but he’ll probably disappear before the angel is finished.

1. Sometimes inadvertantly or in trouble possesses servitors and host family members, like the daughter. People close to Eli do not mind this and prefer it to complete absence but in the levels done approach a "careless parent". 2. VERY VERY reluctant to continue long term projects. 3. Very weak and frail but absolutely loaths and refuses to show this to others. Creation has nearly lost its power to "machine reality" and he is, many a time, an inch away from death, carries on like god, is not god. Needs support and help from other archangels, quickly, has been hiding it for "long enough." 4. Dislikes cooking, which is, for the angel of creation, an absolutely miserable condition. Likes to make "the food" but not "the experiment". 5. Detailed true explanations of the machineations of creation given to humans have removed humans, needing the dark, from the equation of creation. Resulting in a stable always decaying universe ending in final death and merging into a "giant black hole the size of the universe with a single electron or some such in its center." Needs to either solve this issue or retire for a 100 or 200 year vacation to reacquiant with creation while handing the power to someone else. Perhaps the angel of change just to return randomness and the power of the soul. 6. Failure to accept disease, injury and illness as gods love and thus boosting diseases to untold levels. Fight of fire with fire without giving the resulting fireball a safe exit results in things like antibiotic resistance. HIV etc.
I look at the report, make a deep sigh. Then hand to Eli.

He reads the first few, gets to the third one, paper drops from his hand, Alyx runs to him, carries him off the seraphim chair and to a couch nearby, some archangels choose to manifest in the true physical to the situation instead of "well im here as an avatar" and do their best to aid. No spirit, officially, has read the paper while i write it or before the archangel reads it. Tho there are ... mennuim... helping. Far as I know they refrain from reading the notes that i am making for others. Tho I could be sensing wrong.
He sits in the couch and breaths heavily. After a few moments he sits upright and looks at alyx and says nothing and alyx says "oh dad" and they then help him get up and put him back in the chair. He picks the paper up, takes a deep calming breath, and continues to read.
He reads and nods at the various points then getstothe last one. He grabs his eyeglassess when he reads the hiv/antibiotic resistance part, says no to alyx helping him. And holds his left side chest(heart) with one hand and looks up.
he then puts the paper down and looks at me. I almost cry. He then nods and motions to the next one.
I feel him STRONGLY trying to lift both points of dissonance from me, he manages to lift one andsays in private mode "the other one is, i feel, a deal between you and god."

Next, gabriel.
Gabriel: Gabriel doesn’t receive visitors in the Citadel of Fire. She goes there only to retreat for a time from Earth. Instead, she has Servitors who are empowered to speak on her behalf. These same Servitors are likely to answer her invocations, though Gabriel is just as likely to answer them herself. If her Servitors invoke her near a fire, she may speak to them from the flames. She usually wears a human vessel, and though in ancient times Gabriel most often appeared as a man, she now prefers a female body. She also appears in vessels of living flame. She loves her followers, but can be capricious and unforgiving. Her Servitors are usually too loyal to question her, or too frightened, which is good, because while Gabriel will rarely notice a lack of courtesy or tact, she will punish disobedience instantly
