Hmm.
Though there is merit to the "no doctors at all" claim, Im debating mostly between either above or below a "good" country, had most per capita but like I suspected, they bloated through their frame.

So it seems like below not above, at least dreams are better when below, when above you start to get the sense that everything and everyone is demonic as you step towards the "meat preservers and packagers union" taking control.

So it seems doctors in charge start to slowly convince you to dislike people who are "unhealthy" to you, or in the view of the doctors, "Disbelievers", while the lowest to give good benefits level seems to reduce their unnecessary power.
Im looking at perhaps Canada or Denmark as my target, Denmark mildly reports that "self assesment and reporting" should be a higher priority so they clearly have too many, why would we spend money and effort on "meat packagers" only. They seem too plentiul already.

So, im hesitant to change the idea that the unemployed will be hired half and half as researchers and soldiers, it seems to work, if the number of soldiers goes very low I'll buy more gear but as the private wages are so extraodinary that hiring is a little slow that it a good system, it keeps unemployment at 3% and you really dont need the other professions in that number other than soldier or research. Even the soldier number is atrocious for finnish needs but will work for the state that is in question. It comes as no surprise tho that shifting to it would be slow but some things have been adopted by the world community a bit faster than I thought, the 15% cap per category of energy production seems to be holding well.

Researchers, needles to say, have to be actual patent or practical application producing researchers, humanists while existing are not the researchers im looking for but actual ehh, paper producing ones. Instead of doctors that "research" but produce nothing other than patients, it maybe a little egoistical to describe it like that but I dont want the doctor class to switch over into theoretical research and produce no patents for 3 generations. Theoretical and humanistics have their place but certainly not at 3% of total population, while researchers will probably cap at around 4-5%. It still a bit low but its the best we can do unless we start reducing number of police or other services which is already quite low.
Of I could develop a speech module or the threatmap to audify what they talk of. Taht would be a billion dollar invention, the winamp AI is pretty DAMN close though.
So, US is not taking my recommendation to switch to green and forget combustibles and be the world dominant power for 100 more years, they are aiming for oil dominance and retain that particular form of control for the next 20. I was against it in the "meeting" BUT I do understand the US desire not to put all the "western eggs" in the same basket as EU is clearly taking the renewable route but rather to boost oil above the Russian and Saudi Arabians while keeping western "Military" dominance. THAT BEING SAID, now is not, in my opinon, the time to flex the muscle.

There is as much interest in "plug n play" nuclear powerplants as there is there in that type of ease in computer technology in the 1970's, this maybe the start of an energy revolution, somehow doubt it due to low amount of radioactives in our planets crust, but, its not a inconvebiable option.
