I recommend we see what would happen if instead of purchasing "Shoebox finland" that is all territory ever thought in russian dialect of being "nordic", we only buy the pre WW2 territory. How much would it cost and what would happen to it from a legal standpoint.

IT would take us to A+ or AA depending on offer, in that range. If we purchase entire nordic prepare for C class life. We will however slowly build up as we are, human(e), an industrious. So no worries if we do, its half of leningrad if its just finland, if nordic combine and do it together its most of leningrad but russians maintain nuclear facility and beach/port as those are trade required, and as far east as the mountains. From there slowly going northeastward. What is east is traditional Siberian, which we are not, we are just, nordic. If we do that whole region we'll have 20million or so as Finland and Russia will retain very small regions but will be a standard population of our region, in fact, greater than ours if done badly but something like 8 million total of which 5 million finns without leningrad.

They would all need good social services and such or a fight breaks out and we lose the region, but if the people genuine feel like they are living better now the region can be purchased, keeping in mind a radical anti-region policy by government would result in an invasion. Not completely so with old regions unless situation was "pretty bad" in which case a war could be expected even without territories, in general i would say 20 years of whole region and then they are considered ours.

Finnish military enjoys good benefits from females teaching boys in military, epecially in being, ehh, moral.

Possibility for people over 29, those who didnt participate in the army yet a well as those who signed consientious or civil papers to sign up for voluntary military service. I know a few homeless people who would be better off in the military.

NATO or the idea you can always find a better fitting military unit or make one yourself will probably end up being quite powerful

Over "national" militaries, though it will continue to be seen as the military accepting a cash bribe, it is however closer to capitalism, it forces the military to "pull up its pants".
