Speaking connection, easy and formal but relaxed conversation, randomly asking about different fantasy creatures and species and if they have contacted them while asking for them to deploy along the lines of the main force I have which is currently developing renewables and 3rd D biofuel, Also mentioning the do not go above 15%ish in any one category of energy production, conversation lead from that to "shimmering surfaces" to "Tyranids" and they arent particularly concerned with what seems like "wildlife" and for the most part "cultist"*points at other races in WH40k*.

"We just noticed it too and it is nuclear theater breach and we are doing it too, just shut up"(in a calm tone, like "i got this too, shut up, handling" instead of angry or frustrated, kind of thankful for being notified as well but more "our military noticed it too" attitude.

Swedes unhappy about having to do miltary things but the population seems in favor of interfering with the situation.
So, im ordering the Klingons, the overlap between them and triglavians are not at this point enough to say same race, Triglavian is sort of the russian oligarch family and not the Klingons in a real racial way. These are "ethnic" klingons, not the "make-up" klingons so attitude will have to be different. Im ordering them to disengage from the fight and allow the swedish military to take over, im sure the person is protected. Sweden in general is doing well.

Estimate of our actual military MP for whole of Finland and my territory in all soldiers together is around 2-3.000 That is during production peak mid-day, rest are working industry. During trouble spots it easily 10-100 fold increases.

As secondry good view nations rise in doctor per capita as a result to our challenge we'll pick the best ones as they get above Canada, but we're starting with Canadas doctor per capita rating, we were above Ukraine, which is highest but the top doctor per capita countries are, human rights speaking, quite bad.
