The right of the head of military to be the countrys head of military above the head of state is, basically, unquestioned. The idea that the head of the government is the head o the military makes impeachments against the government nearly impossible, it does happen but very rarely, compared to a military that is independent. A military under the control of the head of state usually makes the people of the state the enemies.
Im also asking or a investigation into the whole "appartment loss" thing, we'll see what we can find.
The head of the military, I had an idea that we could put the 10 highest ranking officers available for the job and have only the ones who describe relations with me as appropriate or better and have one of them selected to be the one instead of just naming the current finnish military commander as the guy, dunno

So even random offenders get through. We'll have to see what happens when number of doctors is reduced and number of military increased. We'll probably also have to buy military gear.
