Short list of reforms:

1. Full abortion rights.
2. Pick 2-3 things to liberalize, preferrably religious, syndicate, association or similar.
3. Continue building 1 of each renewable not including geo or solar into which rest of effort.
4. Reduce doctor per capita to "canada" or similar, smidgeon above.
5. Rest into research and military.
6. Open borders to harshest, passport check 2nd harshest.
7. Soc Sec to 35€ a day minimum.
8. Ban CoS
9. "fine" to library association.
10. 6 satellites, 4 around country, 1 inside and 1 opposite on other side of planet.
