You take a stirling engine ( reacts to flame to turn) attach it to nuclear lighter (rod of something radioactive surrounded by first something that catches radiation well then by something that melts at very high temp then another and so on until entire object at most"mildly warm" then you drill hole and attach rod of metal which conducts heat well, combusts with air when hot and make a cappable heatsource.) then you make 4 of these for car size and put on same car, total output should be enough to drive foreverat 45mph and a battery of 1-2 hours that can either drive when engine breaks completely whichis unlikely as engine break would only reduce recharge power by 25% for one engine. Then the battery allows car to go "highwayspeed or as high as tuned". and that to a break to energy converter and you got a good renewable infinite distance on road car. Then 2-3 hours of highway speed and back to road while it recharges.
Engine can be tuned to any purpose.

Nuclear lighter is initially not my invention btw. Attaching it to stirling is. But i can assume my modifications to design warrant patent.
