The cake smell of this anthro was consistent for like 5 minutes and then went away. When I do smell it tends to be somewhat consistent now, when it doesn't go away. Trying to get back the scent. I notice that when it's consistent, the scent doesn't change randomly unless another thought comes in. I have to block all other scents.

I can feel heat on my face. Might be his body heat, or his energy. He smells a little like vanilla now.

I find when I step away for a couple of minutes and come back, I can smell the sweet scent again. I guess I get used to the smell and need a short break at times.

Just bought the domain PsychicSmelling.com.
I may host Wordpress site there with a forum.
When I eventually write my book, I can offer it for free there in addition to selling a paper version.
I will probably publish through Kindle so I can have that version too.
I'm amazed I got the domain. There must not be many psychic smellers out there. Though psychic smelling is a gift. Just probably not one that people really develop.
It will enhance books, movies, and pictures too. I want to teach people how they can smell the scenes in books too.
Like what the rivers in Lord of the Rings smell like. Or what Mordor smells like.

Ok, it's been close to an hour on this white anthro, and my brain is a little tired in the frontal lobes. Will take a break.
Total time 16 hours.

I am once again focusing on images of lavender fields on Google Images.
Have to relax and allow my awareness to expand.

8 minutes later and I still have tension because my mom had me take her places instead of me being able to practice earlier. I haven't smelled anything yet. I need to let go of this tension.

16 minutes after starting I keep itching everywhere and it's distracting. I barely started smelling the lavender, but I can't tell what it is I'm smelling. It's way too faint.

About an hour of focusing, I didn't catch much scent. A few like one-second periods of slight barely noticeable scent. Going to take a break. Been three hours today with three different images. May do more later today as it's only 2:40pm.
Total time 17 hours.

I've spent about an hour meditating and releasing the energies that I picked up during my practice. I'm not sure if I should count the hour I spend meditating and releasing. I probably won't. I got 3 hours today anyway. They say once you hit 2 hours in a day it starts to decline. So 3 is alright for me. They said that over 4 hours is poor quality. The brain can only handle so much.
The good thing in the last 3 hours I listened to music and did not once get knocked out.

Listening to music now. I have released most of what was built up, as nothing else will release. Opening up my field's awareness of sensation, but not focused on smell. I don't want to use the brain much. I just want to reduce my resistance.
I feel a degree of oneness in my field when I open up. This hasn't really happened before.

My field is doing some more releasing now. I can feel it in my jaw.

I am now watching furry music videos of anthro art, and just feeling the energy. Opening myself. Not trying to tune in. But releasing resistance.
This is the first one.

Cyan, you might like this one. It has a bunch of female anthros. The music too is upbeat. You might like the music too.
