In the previous chapter we discussed in practical terms Heating the martian environment with ambient heat redirected from Earth.
The results are for you to review.
Now the second chapter focuses on the next logical step in bringing life to a planet.
We have, I believe, brought vulcanism and water in sufficient quantities to cause the slow boiling effect evident in living matter.
Therefore the next logical aspect is, what exactly.
Im thinking it has what can be described as the "deep blue glow" evident in early compressed life or life under conditions of distress or pressure.
This indicates that based on what im seeing, we have a life form and an ecosphere, seems mostly liquid but life itself has lower amount of liquid in itself than on earthly cells. Tho environment is liquid. Blue, humanoidal, and this means, based on my point of view. That its cellular and something resembling earth at this state, so, microbial at best, there is a very slight green hue at some parts but overall seems to be blue.
Trying to converse with it.
It seems to imply that it is dependant on outside sources for life sustainiability and its making it worried and thats causing the picture it sends.
Im getting standard humanoid asari floating in liquid calmly occasionally giving itself head (having heart conditions in human language).
Slowly turning more vegetative and brown as we talk.
Im trying to discuss the ring of ice debris around it that would be enough to increase the reflection of light onto it to heat it the required 2 degrees for its Co2 to sublimate.
Its slowly adjusting to the proposal and thinking of it.
Jokingly said, "putting a ring on it then?". and laughed.
Some cross chatter but not much.

Maybe if we could calculate it into a steady disk for sure with no pertubations we could try. Then it would be pretty easy to navigate across.

Putting a ring around mars on a steady plane that doesnt bother(tm) traffic or cause satellite hazard in any way... Im not sure if i want to put the theory to a test tho...
But if there is ever a time to do it its surely now.
And by Now i mean before we start doing large scale cross plane satellites on mars.
I dont know details tho of how the math will work out BUT.

Dropping 20 kilo containers of "all possible bacteria n fungus conceivable" onto the martian surface in "biodegradable" containers in perhaps 100 individual units across the planet and observation of results as well as scaling output of GW to TW to do 2 degrees of heat, but transfering unit of outputter from Earth as effect of decrease would be nuclear winter, to another planet with a surplus of energy. As far as we understand solar system evolution. Mercury is this planet.
